PEN CV Template

We ask all Associates to prepare their profiles in the PEN format, so when CVs are presented to our clients they are consistent. Please ensure your CV is no more than three pages in length and written in 3rd person narrative

PEN Timesheet

Timesheets must be approved by your Project Lead and submitted with your invoice at the end of each month. Payment terms are 30 days from receipt. Full details will be given during the on-boarding process

Our IR35 guide

Since 6th April 2021, the way that private sector organisations engage contractors has changed. If you are a current or future PEN associate, you can rest assured that we will take all the necessary steps to demonstrate to HMRC, to the best of our ability, that the role you are performing is that of an independent contractor. We have produced a detailed pack which outlines PEN’s stance on IR35 and our comprehensive assessment process.
