The challenge

An asset manager seeking to launch a digital investment proposition and portal for their direct retail clients was experiencing delays and issues with launch due to system and operational issues, including Client Money. 

Our approach

We provided IM and platform experts as well as additional BA resources. A comprehensive Client Money, operating model and platform solution review was completed, delivering a comprehensive assessment and recommended actions.

The outcome

The recommended action plan was completed with our support and the new platform launched within months of completing the assessment. The go live was very successful, with significantly higher take-up response than anticipated from existing clients upgrading to the new proposition.
