We designed a future state data architecture solution leveraging leading-edge technology for an Asset Manager
The challenge
Our client, a global asset management business with a presence in 14 countries and over $100 billion under management asked for help to develop a target operating model for their data architecture.
The client had challenges around client and regulatory reporting as well as internal management information across the business which they sought to address.
Our approach
We gathered and documented business requirements to deliver against their objectives. We identified a target model and long list of suppliers which we then assessed through a series of detailed RFP and workshop processes.
We managed evaluation and selection process along with supporting the contractual and commercial negotiations for preferred supplier solution.
Designed implementation roadmap and managed initial implementation phases before handing over to client teams fully implement and embed into BAU.
The outcome
Design of future state data architecture solution leveraging leading-edge technology.
Identified key business process change opportunities to drive more operational efficiencies and increase quality and timeliness of internal and external reporting.
Delivered a two-year roadmap for further benefit realisation including improved Finance business MI and sales MI through CRM.
