Join us for our Asset Management Consumer Duty Roundtable!

2023-10-03

The new Consumer Duty Regulations have had a significant impact on Asset Management firms, setting out even more requirements in what is already a highly regulated sector.

Firms have now had the opportunity to work within these new regulations for a couple of months, and as we approach the end of 2023, now’s the time to step back and reflect on what has gone well and where there’s room for improvement.

Our forthcoming, peer-to-peer roundtable event, which takes place on 26th October 2023, offers Asset Managers a confidential space to explore and share best practice on the following topics:

  • Annual assessment – what challenges do you face in conducting annual assessments and developing meaningful MI? What are the different approaches?
  • Feedback – what are your experiences in gathering data, MI and feedback from within your organisation and from distributors and platforms?
  • Embedding CX Culture – to what extent has Customer Experience (CX) culture trickled through your organisation and how have you managed the transition to ‘business as usual’?

The event will also feature an introduction from Siobhain Cox, Director of Line of Business Compliance (Sales & Distribution and ETFs) at BlackRock, leading Consumer Duty.

The roundtable takes place 11am - 2pm, 26th October 2023, at Pan Pacific, 80 Houndsditch, London EC3A 7AB (lunch is provided).

Don’t miss this unique opportunity to stay at the forefront of the industry, lead discussions on the impact of Consumer Duty, and help shape best practice in Asset Management.
