PEN named top 10 “Best Workplace” in the Great Place to Work Awards


We’re very proud to announce that PEN has been named as one of the UK’s top 10 Best WorkplacesTM in the Small Organisations category at this year’s Great Place to Work® Awards.

The Great Place to Work Awards is an annual event which celebrates organisations that go over and above, to create a great environment that enables their teams to thrive.

As part of the entry process, companies are audited and graded based on employee feedback on a range of areas including; culture, diversity, career development, values and ethics, giving Great Place To Work® a complete picture of what the businesses entering the awards are truly like as places to work.

This is our first year of entering and we were delighted to have achieved a score of 98% for our Trust Index© - The key metric of overall performance based on an average of the Great Place to Work® core survey statements.

This comes as a fantastic follow up to receiving recognition as a Centre of Excellence in Wellbeing in November last year.
